PO SUL FIUME

This project was made in collaboration with the italian artist Matilde Solbiati. The journey on the Po River (Italy) was born as a performative adventure. The book is an interweaving of images, photographs, texts, transcriptions of recordings of dialogues, memorabilia, wishes, meetings and testimonies that we have collected during the trip, and the documentation of other stories that we have extrapolated from different books and sources. This second part is the dilation, historical extension, sometimes a dreamlike propensity for travel and is highlighted by the "out of text". Each of them presents a topic that we thought curious to bring out and tell.

The book format is 26x18cm and is made up of 444 pages. It is divided into 15 chapters. The paper is coated, (100gr).

Questo progetto è stato realizzato in collaborazione con Matilde Solbiati. Il viaggio sul Po e’ nato come avventura performativa. Il libro è un intreccio di immagini, fotografie, testi, trascrizioni di registrazioni di dialoghi, cimeli, desideri, incontri e testimonianze che abbiamo raccolto durante il viaggio, e la documentazione di altre storie che abbiamo estrapolato da libri e fonti diverse. Questa seconda parte è la dilatazione, il prolungamento storico, a volte una propensione onirica del viaggio ed è evidenziata dai “fuori testo”. Ognuno di essi presenta un argomento che ci è sembrato curioso far riemergere e raccontare.

Il formato del libro è 26x18cm ed è composto di 444 pagine. E’ diviso in 15 capitoli. La carta è patinata, (100gr).
